Issues: The use of falsified electrical products, non-compliant with technical regulations on the safety of electrical products, creates the threat of premature aging and failure of cable networks, the occurrence of emergency situations at civil and industrial facilities, and carries risks to the health and safety of citizens. Two years ago, manufacturers and distributors of electrical products in the framework of the joint project «The Hazard-Free Cable» brought their efforts together to counter the illicit trafficking of electrical products.
