Participation in the forum «Anti-Counterfeiting 2018» is free for all categories of participants. The decision to allow the candidate to participate in the Forum is made by the organizing Committee on the basis of registration data. The organizing Committee has the right to refuse any candidate to participate in all events of the Forum without giving reasons at its discretion, as well as to limit participation in certain events.
Registration
2.1. To participate in the forum, you must fill out the registration form on the Website in the «Registration» section. This procedure is mandatory to attend all events of the Forum regardless of the status of the participant and is associated with enhanced security measures in force at the Forum venue
2.2. Registration deadline: 15 November 2018
2.3. Registration is carried out in the appropriate forms for:
2.3.1. Russian citizen
2.3.2. foreign citizen
2.3.3. media representatives (including foreign citizens)
2.4. All fields of the registration form are required. The personal data entered must match the passport data of the person filling in the registration form and will be checked by the organizing Committee.
2.5. The photograph must show the person applying for registration. The participant’s photo must be taken no later than 6 months before the event.
2.6. When registering, the consent of the person who submitted the application for the processing of personal data is requested.
Accreditation and admission system
3.1 The application for participation is considered by the Directorate of the Forum. In case of accreditation, the person who submitted the application shall be sent a written notice to the email address specified during registration. Personal data are checked by the relevant security authorities of the Russian Federation. In case of data inconsistency, the applicant will be denied access to the Forum. The organizing Committee has the right to refuse to participate in the events of the Forum to the person who submitted the application, without explanation.
3.2. The status of the participant and the level of access to the Forum events are assigned by the Directorate, are not subject to change and are displayed in the «personal account» section on the Forum website after accreditation.
3.3. The pass to the territory of the Forum is a personalized name badge, issued by the organizing Committee of the Forum, displaying the name of the participant and the bar Code.
3.4. Issue of badges will be carried out to the address: Moscow, Olympic Avenue, 18/1, Azimut Olympic Hotel. Before receiving the badge, the participant must make sure that his / her personal data is correctly specified in his / her personal account and the photo that meets the requirements is uploaded. To obtain an accreditation badge, you must present your passport. Picking up your badge confidant only possible in the presence of the following documents:
3.4.1. the passport of the authorised person
3.4.2. powers of attorney on behalf of the participants or the organization that submitted the application;
3.4.3. copies of passports of participants on which the authorized person receives badges (at notarization of the power of attorney of the copy it is not necessary to provide). At issue of badges of participants to the authorized person verification of data in base is made. As a result of the verification, copies of passports will be returned to the authorized person
General information and recommendations to participants
4.1. Participants of the Forum are recommended to adhere to business style in clothes.
4.2. It is forbidden to carry weapons, including cold, gas and gas cartridges; beating and stabbing objects; drugs and devices for their use; pyrotechnics of all kinds; alcoholic beverages..
4.3. Accredited persons who are drunk or intoxicated at the Forum venues will be denied access to the Forum
